Keep Edison Weird at the Washington Avenue Arts+Culture Crawl

The WAACC is a FREE arts + culture event that's held quarterly on the second Saturday of January, April, July, and October in Kalamazoo’s Edison Neighborhood.

The next one is Saturday April 13th from 12pm-4pm, and each location will host a participatory art-making project or group activity.

We typically engage attendees with placemaking activities, traffic calming projects, and crosswalk beautifications.

The WAACC is designed to connect venues in Washington Square to venues on Fulford Street, connected by Washington Ave, creating a mile-long "crawl" through the neighborhood. Each participating location will host an artist, performer, participatory art-making project, or group activity.
